SHIPPING - Most items will be shipped within 3-5 working days of placing your order. We use Australian Post to deliver items Australian-wide from our online store in Brisbane, Australia. Some rural areas may take longer. Home & Body Co. uses Flat Rate shipping for $11.95 Australian wide. Please note that around public holidays that shipping may be delayed. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - All refunds or exchanges will be provided within 14 days of purchases with unopened items only. Refunds will be issued to the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
